Can't connect to gmail - Much malware

Hi guys,

My name is Ben and my wife and I are living in South africa for a time. And gmail is our friend. Yesterday we got infected somehow with a variety of malware. It started with 'Windows protection Suite' or whatever that thing is. I have Antivir (free) running and AdAware (free). I have since downloaded and scanned with Malawarebytes (free). We've gotten rid of a fair bit of evil, but we can't connect to gmail. Can you guys assist? I ran through the advice you gave, but still struggling. I'm attaching the Rootkit scan. I haven't done the Hijack This replacement thing...Please Please help us out!! Thanks a ton - you guys run a great site

PS Ironically I can't get any emails, so I'll just have to keep my eye on your site, but thanks in advance for any replies...
