When using MSN as my browser, I get an error message which says "MSN has experienced an error and needs to shut down".

This seems to occur most often when I open an email attachment or I receive a new email notification from MSN Messenger.

I have MSN version 9.6
I use Trend Micro as my Firewall.

Also, this happens on my Desktop AND my Laptop, both using XP.

I've contacted MSN Support over and over (this has been ongoing for 2-3 years), and no one can solve it. The last time I contacted them, they told me it must be an issue with my operating system.

Does anyone have a clue what is causing this?
