When I turn on the laptop a screen comes up for Dell Media Direct. It won't let me out of it. It says it is building then it goes to a screen that says cannot access hard drive because Microsoft BitLocker is enabled then it shuts down. I put the reinstallation disk in and it doesn't do anything. The Dell Media Direct screen just keeps coming up. This is a different computer and I have no email.(cannot download adobe flash player because of a virus and Outlook Express will not work.)Help!!!
