Hey guyys :)

I didn't really know where to turn to... I'm pretty sure I have posted this in the wrong place, I just don't know where to drop it...
Anyways, I went paragliding and I got a disc with all my pictures on it, I put the disc in my computer and browsed through the pics, I went to windows movie maker and added 3 files to this movie, I then took the disc out of the drive and exited & saved in Movie maker. The pics then displayed this picture: PIC16.JPG
However I left the house anyways thinking I would fix it later, I then put it in my pocket, sat down and the disc broke in two...

I don't know what to do... Can I?
1. Recover the movie maker files?
2. Recover the viewed pictures?
3. Repair the disc with tape?
4. Send the disc away to be fixed?
5. Or am I bust?
Thanks any ideas or views are useful...

1 and 2 are only capable if you happen to save the files to your hd before.
3 is not possible at least I have never seen it work.
4 I don't know of any place that can fix the disc or get the files off a broken disc
5 I believe you may find if 1 and 2 did not happen...Then I'm sorry to say this may be the only outcome possible.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news
Were the pics or the movie file saved to anyone's system beside yours?
Is it possible a friend may have gotten some pictures also?
:) :)
