just spoke to anthr girl, and she directly suggest me to get tech support service.. i agreed with her suggestion and waiting for tomorrow..because it seems my hardisk got some problem here..

lets see what's goin to happen tomorrow..

BTW, is there anything wud you suggest me to ask the tech man??
as u know i am not good in this field..

the girl insist me to run the mem test and format my laptop...
she just told me my problem is common and nothing to do with the hardware..

Pure nonsense, as you can see from your test.
It looks like you need new drive.

the problem, resolved.

change the hardrive, install evrythg back..
