just spoke to anthr girl, and she directly suggest me to get tech support service.. i agreed with her suggestion and waiting for tomorrow..because it seems my hardisk got some problem here..

lets see what's goin to happen tomorrow..

Well, the situation looks pretty clear. They should send you new hard drive.
