i am posting here for a friend because he currently cant use internet explorer or firefox or any other browser.

from looking at his log i can tell he has smitfraud.c and i have tried to help him remove it. unfortunately he isnt following instructions correctly or something else is wrong. here is the last HJT log he has sent me

i got him to remove these lines using HJT:

neither of those two files actaully exist on his system anymore

i have no clue but a lot of the startup/running processes look sort of shady. and the fact that his Shell is booting up some nails.exe file is also suspicious.
