Adobe Reader 9.1 uninstall and get Foxit. It is less of a resource hog and can read the same pdf files as Adobe

Keep the JavaRa program and use it one in awhile or visit the Sun site and check for updates.
Everest you don't need to keep as that is a system info program so does no good unless you need information. You can always download it again if you need it.
Revo Uninstaller you can get rid of
Zone Alarm I'm not sure what you are using it for but the spyware part you can get SuperAntiSpyware for that. Less resource hog
If you are using ZoneAlarm for firewall then uninstall it and get Comodo Firewall

All the program I suggest are free and most can be found in my signature below.

tell me what u think please?

This is pretty old with the kflex56k modem it states.
Probably top of the line 8 to 10 years ago. Depending on what you want to use it for I guess it would work. Personally I wouldn't even look at it.

If you are only using it for the suggested reasons then it should work.
At least it has something other then 56k modem capability.

I suggest you take the make and model of the last one and then:

Go to HERE and run the Crucial online scanner.
This will give you the exact memory configuration for your system. You do not have to buy the memory from there, but write down the information and if you need assistance in purchasing the upgrade memory GTG can assist with suggestions also.

You will probably have to manually input the information for the laptop since you won't be able to do the online scanner.
This should give you the maximum memory that can be installed on that system .
Anything less then 256 or 512 is going to make the system slow.
