Having computer probs

Ok for the last week or 2 my comp has been acting up.

cod4 and waw will take forever to just start up, or would just crash, cod uo does it sometimes to. windvd, and wintv does it alot to, and teamspeak has started doing it.

When teamspeak does it is just shows the loading curser and i cant click on anything, unless it the web browser or xfire that already open Its like that for around 5 min, than ts finally decides to open.

my specs are.

asus P5Q mobo

Intel core2quad Q9400 2.66 ghz cpu

4 g Gskill ddr2 ram

nvidia geforce gtx 275

antec earthwatts 650w psu

640g western digital cavair SE16

windows7 RC.

use W7 more, vista is really slow right now
