So one day I started up my computer and my task bar and desktop icons weren't there, only thing that was there was the wallpaper. I soon found out this happens when explorer.exe doesn't start. So I tried starting it and I got an error saying that windows can't find it. To get around this I have been starting everything out of Task Manager and lately it has gotten really annoying. Is there any way (other than reinstalling windows) to get explorer.exe back in my system?
