Blue screen error

I have a new sony vaio and it is a month old. i run wndows vista home premium. and yesterday while I was downloading a file from internet I got this blue screen error and it has crashed 3 times since then. I dont know what is the problem. but before it went to the blue screen, windows prompted that windows need immidiate internet security care and I dont have that now. I mainly think it must be a virus of some kind. The message showed me this:
