I keep getting the message Debugger detected 97 when I try to do most anything on my computer! I can't open internet explorer, my antivirus etc.... It won't even let me open msconfig!

What can I do? Is it a virus or something?

My Mozilla Firefox is acting up too, when I open link in new tab it opens something else instead of what I wanted.
