total security virus, google rediredt, antivirus programs won't ru

hi, i am a novice to computers which is why i have come here for help. recently got hit with the total security virus. i managed to locate and delete that program but not sure what is running in the registry. also now have google direct. if i click on a link i'm re-directed to spy software adverts. also none of my anti virus programs work...can't download any or scan with the ones i have. system restore will not work. noticed under startup rundll32.exe/wuhomuro also sesotoja. ????
any help would be greatly appreciated.
