I inserted my USB flash drive into my computer and scanned it for viruses since I've been having trouble lately with a trojan virus that caused me to restore my computer to its factory settings last week. When I scanned it, I found a trojan virus in the E:/BOOTKEY.....file. Now when I insert my USB flash drive or an external hard drive into my computer and click on the drive I get a message saying E:/ access denied or the open with screen will appear and I am unable to access the files. Does anyone know what I will need to do to access my USB drive? Should I do a repair with the Windows XP installation disk or do I need to uninstall and reinstall the driver? Thanks in advance.
