Ordinal 120 in iertutil.dll

When I open programs like AIM and Speech Recognition, I get an error message stating

"the ordinal 120 could not be located in the dynamic link library iertutil.dll"

I've replaced this file in Windows\system32 directory but the problem still persists.

How do I go about fixing this problem ??
