Hi.

I've recently found that my laptop is running slower than usual so i tried to run spybot S+D and a message popped up saying ''Windows cannot access specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item''. - I can't access the .exe file

I'm logged in as the administrator and i've tried changing the ownership of the file. I can then get the programme to start up but as soon as i start trying to scan for viruses it closes and i'm back not able to start it again.

I downloaded a-squared to scan for viruses and it found something called trojan-clicker.html.!ki which it deleted, but i still have the same problem.

Can anybody help me fix this problem?

Thanks
