Hello all,

A week or so ago, our computer was attacked by a bunch of pop-ups from Virus Doctor saying our computer was infected, we ran a scan with Micro-anti virus and it found nothing and upon further review, Virus Doctor is a fake. Now, just a few minutes ago I got a message from another random program (Not Virus Doctor one thing I know) saying our computer was infected with basically the same stuff Virus Doctor said we were, worms, trojans, and viruses. Now, I attempt to boot up Trend Micro, and the start scan button is unclickable, and I have started a scan with Norton which I don't trust at all, any suggestions?
Thanks,
