Trojan Virus.

My name is Ian Peterson, while I was surfing today something poped up saying that I had a Trojan virus and to click on the link to wipe upt the virus, which I did, and then everything went crazy. The name of the page was Personal Antivirus, the problem seems to be is it is a Trojan. Win32. Agent.PE EXE. I tried to go to my ad and remove but it was'nt in there.
What can I do?
