Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library, Debug Error!

I can be searching for stuff on the internet or just generally using a web page when it'll just freeze and come up saying..

Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library
Debug Error!
Program:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
Abnormal Program Termination
(Press Retry to debug the application)

And no matter what i click on, it'll then close all my web pages. This happens about every 10 - 20 minutes even when im not really using the pages.
What can i do to fix this? Thanks
