I cant open anything or do any virus or spyware scans

Windows anti-virus pro came out of nowhere popping up like crazy and I cannot open anything that will check for spywear or viruses. Its eems to have shut it all down with error messages. I cant even download to make a log. What cn I do?

All of sudden Malewarbytes is working and I got a log and restore point I am going to go back the the front pge and go step by step and come back after I get al the prelim steps done

It definately sounds like you have malware and virus's.
You must post in the malware forum and do as much as possible.
Indicate what you can and can not do.
They must give you a clean bill of health before you return here for any other issues.

The malware forum has the experianced techs that deal only with malware. we can not help you here, only send you there.
