I was performing an analysiis before using htis new software I baught, PerfectDisk 7 and it showed this file:

C:\Documents and Settings\Perry Walker\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Contenet.IE5\40EFT4E0\Van%20Wilder%20-%20ts%20(SmR%202of2)[4].avi(1)

I thought I deleted it last year but it's still on there

you have the path statement so you can go there in safe mode, find the file and right click properties, make sure it is not read only, then delete.
