Resulting from an infection, my Outlook started Windows installer every time I opened it or replied to a message.

The solution it said was to re-install Office. I tried that, I tried installing the service pack, and I started the LISTOOL.exe but apparently I am missing the "Enterprise" disc (file SKU011.CAB)

After doing that I must have removed my customizing because my profile and messages were gone.

I've been looking for the old PST file and cannot find it. Other than trying to re-install I did not do anything else?

Did I wipe out everything?
