Hi, I've followed the Mal&Spy Cleaning Guide, I've installed Malwarebytes and have tried running twice, but both times it freezes part way through the scan, now I am trying to close the programme but it's not responding. In regards to this advice: [b]Note: Some infections will prevent MBAM from running. If MBAM won't run, try renaming the file mbam-setup.exe to a random name, and then try again, is that implying that I uninstall and reinstall the programme to rename? Ta!
