Menu tab defaults

I've hunted around over the last few days for this answer, but I'm probably Googling it wrong.

In MS Office, I have an extension called UBit which is the classic 2003 interface. There are various tabs in MSOffice menu: Home ... Menu ... Insert etc. When I first load Word, it defaults to 'Home' but I want it to default to the classic interface tab, 'Menu'. Is there a way to do this?

:/ Sorry if it's posted before. I search but it comes up with table tabs and ruler tabs.
