Hello I was reading some topics that said that the final test of the GeekU consists in a real time infection and the teacher use a virtual machine. I have installed on my PC VMware Player, but if I infected the virtual PC downloading a pack of different malwares, the real computer will be infected? I want to practice some of these with the virtual machine. The question is how I can do it?

Thanks for all.

Bye.

A virtual PC is just that; virtual. Providing you don't drag things to and from the virtual window everything should stay there.
