I recently moved my Thunderbird mail app to a new computer (from an XP desktop to a Vista-64 laptop) and successfully migrated my mail folder to the laptop by simply copying the old folder to the appropriate folder in the new profile. However, doing the same with the address book does not work. My old address books (abook-1 thru 12.map) are in the right folder in my new profile, and Thunderbird has actually created a couple of new address books numbered abook-13 and 14.map. When I run Thunderbird, it doesn't seem to "see" the old address books, although it sees the new ones. Any idea what I did wrong and how I can use my old address books on the new computer?

Thanks
