HELP with "protection system" !

Please help me get rid of this bothersome malware, it's driving me crazy! I can't go more than half a minute without popups and it slows down the computer so much. It's been there for days now, but i've left my computer off for the majority of the time. I can't run malwarebytes or mcafee antivirus. I have a Gateway with windows xp. Teh only way i can get on successfully is safe mode, but even the second time I used safe mode, it was just a black screen. Thanks for any help, I really want to completely eliminate this horrible thing!
