Hi, I am trying to clear out 2 error pop ups that come on my screen when loading up the system. Can you help?

Here are the 2 errors:

No the computer is not crashing but every time I reboot or log off and log back in I get two pop ups error messages.
1st - Runtime erre, Program ,,,,ogam Files/common files/sonic/update/ manager/sgtray.exe
Then below this it says: This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
2nd (pop up error): Runner Error Could not load the target dll ("C:/Program Files/Backweb/Back web client/6.2.3.661 program) Back web dll", error code 126)

Do you know how to fix these errors?

I have also been talking to another member from geeks to go to help me with my computer crashing. we have completed out session and have removed those items that were bad. Here is a link to our session.

By the looks of it you have some Roxio software. If so have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it? When you go to uninstall you should get a repair option, you could try that. I find a lot when this happens it is a corrupt driver or file that needs to be replaced.

As for the other, a quick search shows that the file is associated with Logitech update software. Once again, I would try either a repair or full uninstall and reinstall.

No installation required.
Simply unzip Autoruns.zip file, and double click on autoruns.exe file to run the program.
Click Options, then Hide Microsoft Entries.
Click File, then Refresh.
Go File>Export As, and save AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
Attach AutoRuns.txt file to your next reply.

Steve, I've tried looking for those files in Add and Delete in the control panel but I can't find them. Should I look for them somewhere else?

I did what you suggested and the pop up error windows didn't come up, however it now takes forever to load everything and to toggle/navigate between different areas on the computer. Example: I went to open up Firefox and it took forever - almost frozen state. I tried to open up explore to move some folders to my thumb drive and the computer froze a while with only part of the c: folders open on the left. Then trying to open a ppt. I was waiting a long time too.
Any way to hurry things up?
Am I asking the computer to do things that take too long or that I don't know it is doing?
Any ideas?
You said there were a lot of things running or trying to open at my start up. Should some of them be removed or wait for another time?

I have never had my computer be so slow.
A good thing, is that I am not crashing and that once everything seems to scan or open then my computer seems to navigate fine. Should I just be patient at the initial start up?

I removed all the items you asked me to remove.

Recently I was working with another person from geeks to go and they had me add lots of programs to solve my virus problems. We just installed and paid for Norton but then we got the virus and we were told to remove Norton by going into the control panel then, add/delete programs to Norton and remove. I don't see it there any more but maybe it is hiding. We were then told to install one of two internet security programs and I picked Comodo Internet Security. Here is a list of other programs he had me install to try and stop my computer from freezing up or crashing. It took a long processes of events and software. Here is what he asked me to install. Maybe we don't need them any more.
