Hey everyone,

I've been trying to find a decent 13" (13.3" I believe) laptop for a friend of mine but I can't actually find much!

The only requirements are:

£400 ($650) or less;
Roughly 13 inch screen;
Decent battery life;
(obviously) good build quality.

That price range will be tough, but check HERE for some different models out there. On the right of the screen, you can select different criteria for what you're looking for.

Some folks don't care for them, but I like Acer lappies...never had a problem with the three I've had. Two are still in use...one got dropped on a concrete floor and is now my spare parts depot. There's one at newegg.com that has a lithium-ion battery for just under your price range. These sales don't typically last very long, though.
