Hi, Im Matt Hatzell, Im 15, And I live in California, Ive recently tried to restore my Windows XP Pro PC To it's original factor, And I boot for the first time after restoring, and it hangs at "Applying Computer Settings...", It doesnt go away, When I look at my tower, Seems the red light[The loading signal] isnt flashing or anything, I tried to get into Safe Mode, By pressing F8, Holding F8, Pressing F5, and even holding down CTRL.

I cant enter Safe Mode because of my Keyboard, I thought it was just my keyboards, so Ive gone through about 2-3 boards now, And non of them respond after loading "POST" untill The windows XP Loading screen is finished, Im Running on a Windows XP Professional, Very old, Has about 256MB(Sucks, I know :S )

Please help me!
