Screen saver stopped working

My screen saver will not activate. I've tried changing the time all the way down to 1 minute but it will not work. When I try to preview my screen saver it flashes on then goes off. It won't stay on. I think something is running that is keeping my scren saver from activating but I don't know what. I'm using a Dell laptop running windows vista basic. Here is my HijackThis log. Any help would be appreciated.

I suggest that you start a new topic in the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal area.
