Stop: c0000135{unable to locate component} this application has failed to start because basevv32 was not found. Re-installing the application may fix


I've never heard of this error before! Bsevv32 <-------? EVEN MICROSOFT GOT NOTHING!

Scenario: I am currently fixing sp2 xp with lots of malware and all kinds of ware! then all of a sudden this blue screen error decided to pop out and ruined everything! now i cant start in safemode..tried to recover and nothing! any inputs? solutions? im dead end..

What does this mean. How did you try to recover? Did you try to run a Windows repair?
