ok cleanup ran fine,I forgot how quick this PC is,did the malware and other infections slow it down that much?
fenzodahl512 I thank you for all your time and effort my friend,if theres anything i can do for you or go to geeks you only need to ask.
But before i go i was wondering if you could answer a technical question or point me in the right direction.

My son has a netbook laptop (I think thats what there called),it has no external disk drive or internal or external CD/DVD rom.

It boots upto desktop then gradually grinds to a halt before desktop dissappears, its running 100% cpu constantly and doesnt allow any user input or user to stream any programs.

It has only one hardrive and no hidden partitions (I checked before this present problem). How on earth can I reinstall it,I have surfed net for hrs searching the make and model (LG model LGX11 config X110) but can find no reference on reinstallation procedure.

I take it it can be reinstalled with a thumb drive but again can find no website that explains this procedure clearly.
Any help on how to get access or how to reinstall would be greatly appreciated.

thx for everything
Yours sincerely

Yup, and it could also make any computers unbootable!

its running 100% cpu constantly and doesnt allow any user input or user to stream any programs

Do you know which process that eats most CPU Usage? Can you access Task Manager to investigate it?

(LG model LGX11 config X110)

You mean this?

http://www.lge.com/p...tail/x110.jhtml

You can download its drivers below, but you'll need external dvd-drive if you wish to reformat, etc..

I take it it can be reinstalled with a thumb drive but again can find no website that explains this procedure clearly.

I honestly have never do that before, so I really don't know the answer.. However, after Google, I found some articles about it on the web..

There maybe other ways but I really don't know.. Alternatively, you can ask for further assistance at our Windows forum below
