File: IEPASS~1.DLL
Status: MIGHT BE INFECTED/MALWARE (Sandbox emulation took a long time and/or runtime packers were found, this is suspicious. Normally programs aren't packed and don't force the sandbox into lengthy emulation. Do realize no scanner issued any warning, the file can very well be harmless. Caution is advised, however.) Ok, delete that C:\Windows\System32\SRPCSR~1.DLL :tazz:

I also edited a previous post of mine about the antivirus -- 3 posts before,
I'm going to quote it again and in a meanwhile I make a regfix for you.

Oh, by the way, you may already install an antivirus and firewall:

AVG, Bitdefender OR Avast are good FREE antivirus.
Never install more than one antivirusscanner or firewall on your system! Several together can give problems and decreases the reliability of it seriously!

Edit: I just went through your thread again and I see you had bullguard and TrendMicro before.
I can't see them in your log now -- did you uninstall them? Or did you fix O23-lines in your hijackthislog I didn't asked you to?
Well, I suggest in here you uninstall Trendmicro and Bullguard, REBOOT afterwards and install one of those antivirus I mentioned here above.

Ok, download next attachement here (cleanup.zip)
Unzip it and doubleclick on cleanup.reg
When it asks you if you want to add the contents to the registry, click yes/ok.

When done, uninstall those antivirus I asked you to, reboot and install a new one. Update it and let it perform a full scan and delete everything it is finding.

When done that, I want a new hijackthislog and new findit's-log in your next reply.
I'll answer them tomorrow -- it's 2am passed over here, so I need my bed. :tazz:

How are things running now in general? Much faster I suppose? Your desktop OK again?

mnadeem,

Thx for the wishes, so perform my steps tomorrow as I asked you to and when done with those steps (uninstalling antivirus and reinstalling new one + a full scan with it ) then post a hijackthislog and findit's-log afterwards. :tazz:

Hello, I asked you to post a new hijackthislog after you installed an antivirus and performed a full scan with it.

Can you please install an antirus now and update it and perform a full scan?

I also uploaded a new regfix here (cleanup2). Doubleclick on it and let it add the contents to the registry.
