Save this as look.bat ,choose to save as *all files and save it to your desktop.
Doubleclick on it. You'll get a prompt that wuaueng.dll is registred, click OK. Then it will scan further and notepad will open. If there is text in it, copy and paste that content in your next reply.

What do you mean? Deleted everything? Are there now any viruses left?
I asked you before to write in your next reply the viruses kaspersky could NOT delete.
Also, I asked if you could tell me what the name of the file is that is infected. I don't want the name of the virus, but of the file and where it is present. Is it present in your windowsfolder, is it present in your system32-folder etc.
When it says now that all the viruses are deleted, then I only need a fresh hijackthislog as a final checkup and I'll give you my preventionspeech.

Make sure you add the right settings in it according to your account and your password and mailserver.

Well, if it had delete all those files, that's good. Now post a new hijackthislog and tell me what problems you're still having now. If your computer is running much better now.

To keep this clean in the future, I would suggest the following things:

Install Spywareblaster
SpywareBlaster doesn`t scan and clean for so-called spyware, but prevents it from being installed in the first place. It blocks the popular spyware ActiveX controls, and also prevents the installation of any of them via a webpage.

Avoid illegal sites, because that's where most malware is present.

Let your antispywarescanner(s) scan frequently and don't forget to update before.

And I do suggest you perform an online virusscan once in a while. (Kaspersky online and/or Bitdefender). Because what one virusscanner can't find another one maybe can.
Also make sure that your virusscanner, the one that is installed on your system is always up to date!

Realy you are great , nomaly i have always my windows upto date and surfing long time never has such problem .
so i want to know how you know where to look for problem , becouse i want to learn ,
becouse i think that is never ending threat . And seen too many people surfing from it , some are lucky solving and some has to install windows new and losing every data witch thay have
some time internet is fun but mostly i found headack . what you think about it
