See if you can do the following:

Please save this file to your desktop. Click on Start->Run, and copy-paste the following command (the bolded text) into the "Open" box, and click OK. When it's finished, there will be a log called Win32kDiag.txt on your desktop. Please open it with notepad and post the contents here.
"%userprofile%\desktop\win32kdiag.exe" -f -r

1. Please download The Avenger2 by Swandog46 to your Desktop.
  • Right click on the Avenger.zip folder and select "Extract All..."
  • Follow the prompts and extract the avenger folder to your desktop
2. Copy all the text contained in the code box below to your Clipboard by highlighting it and pressing (Ctrl+C):

Files to move:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\logevent.dll | C:\WINDOWS\system32\eventlog.dll

Files to delete:
C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-7844617112-8411431039-041237076-4898\msimfo32.exe
c:\windows\system32\togubiza.dll
C:\windows\braviax.exe
c:\windows\system32\braviax.exe
c:\windows\system32\Desote.exe

Note: the above code was created specifically for this user. If you are not this user, do NOT follow these directions as they could damage the workings of your system.

3. Now, open the avenger folder and start The Avenger program by clicking on its icon.
  • Right click on the window under Input script here:, and select Paste.
  • You can also Paste the text copied to the clipboard into this window by pressing (Ctrl+V), or click on the third button under the menu to paste it from the clipboard.
  • Click on Execute
  • Answer "Yes" twice when prompted.
4. The Avenger will automatically do the following:
  • It will Restart your computer. ( In cases where the code to execute contains "Drivers to Delete" or "Drivers to Disable", The Avenger will actually restart your system twice.)
  • On reboot, it will briefly open a black command window on your desktop, this is normal.
  • After the restart, it creates a log file that should open with the results of Avenger’s actions. This log file will be located at C:\avenger.txt
  • The Avenger will also have backed up all the files, etc., that you asked it to delete, and will have zipped them and moved the zip archives to C:\avenger\backup.zip.
5. Please copy/paste the content of c:\avenger.txt into your reply.
==============Note===========
If you are asked what program to open the Avenger with on reboot just hit ok and it will finish loading the desktop.
Then do the xp_exe_fix.reg I had you download previously.
Double click and have it merge with the registry again.

====================================
Then do the following:

Download ComboFix from one of these locations:

Link 1
Link 2

* IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop

  • Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools

  • Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.

  • As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.

  • Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.

**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.

Once the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed using ComboFix, you should see the following message:

Posted Image

Click on Yes, to continue scanning for malware.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.

Ok let's try this a different way.

Re-Download Combofix from any of the links below. You must rename it before saving it.
Rename it to kahdah.bat and then right under that you will see a "Save as type" option choose "All Files" then save it to your desktop.
This has to be done this way to enable it to run.
Let me know if it still will not run.
Also let me know if you can open any exe files now.

Link 2
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Double click on kahdah.bat & follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it will produce a report for you.
  • Please post the C:\ComboFix.txt

Download avz4.zip from HERE
  • Unzip it to your desktop to a folder named avz4
  • Try to open the program by double clicking it.
If it will not run then right click on the avz.exe and rename it to Avz.com thens double click on AVZ.com to run it.
  • Run an update by clicking the Auto Update button on the Right of the Log window: Posted Image
  • Click Start to begin the update
Note: If you recieve an error message, chose a different source, then click Start again

  • Start AVZ.
  • Choose from the menu "File" => "Standard scripts " and mark the “Advanced System Analysis" check box.
    Posted Image
  • Click on the "Execute selected scripts".
  • A system check will be automatically performed, and the created logfile (avz_sysinfo.htm) will be saved in the LOG folder in the AVZ directory as virusinfo_syscheck.zip.

Attach both virusinfo_syscure.zip and virusinfo_syscheck.zip to your next post

To attach a file, do the following:
  • Click Add Reply
  • Under the reply panel is the Attachments Panel
  • Browse for the attachment file you want to upload, then click the green Upload button

The update button looks like this:
http://perplexus.gee...date-button.png

Go ahead and skip the update part if you do not see it and do the rest please.
It does not matter if you are in safe mode or not.

Can you not see the word File at the top?
From there you can do the rest just reread my instructions please do not worry about the update.

This is the part you need to do in order to get the logs:
  • Start AVZ.
  • Choose from the menu "File" => "Standard scripts " and mark the “Advanced System Analysis" check box.
    Posted Image
  • Click on the "Execute selected scripts".
  • A system check will be automatically performed, and the created logfile (avz_sysinfo.htm) will be saved in the LOG folder in the AVZ directory as virusinfo_syscheck.zip.

Attach both virusinfo_syscure.zip and virusinfo_syscheck.zip to your next post

Hey K nope absolutley nothing about File or any of that at the top there are tabs where file and edit and options etc. SHOULD go but there are listed like this in order by tab: [?1109?], [?945?], AVZGuard <<<< (which if clicked a drop down box w/ more #'s in the sequences like the one's I posted come up), AVZPM (which does the same thing like AVZGuard tab does), [?1-41?]

Strange.

Similar to Combofix instead of saving it as .exe please save it again as "All Files"
and save it also as OTS.com.
=======================
Download OTS to your Desktop and double-click on it to extract the files. It will create a folder named OTS on your desktop.
  • Open the OTS folder and double-click on OTS.exe to start the program. Make sure you close all other programs and don't use the PC while the scan runs.
Under additional scans choose the following:
Purity scan
Lop Check
Reg File associations

  • Now click the Run Scan button on the toolbar. Make sure not to use the PC while the program is running or it will freeze.
  • When the scan is complete Notepad will open with the report file loaded in it.
  • Click the Format menu and make sure that Wordwrap is not checked. If it is then click on it to uncheck it.
Use the Add Reply button and post the information back here in an attachment. I will review it when it comes in. The last line is < End of Report >, so make sure that is the last line in the attached report.

Make sure you attach the report in your reply. If it is too big to upload, then zip the text file and upload it that way
