VX2 Nail.exe Aurora popups help me kill this joker

It seems i got Nail.exe VX2 and the aurora popups on my comp. I've tried ad-aware and the new microsoft spyware blocker to no avail. Please help!! This thing has taken over and exhausted my pc ability at removal. Thanks in advance for any help.

Please download HijackThis version 1.99.1 from here:
http://www.downloads.../hijackthis.zip
and make sure to unzip it to a permanent folder. Then please run HijackThis, click Scan and Save log, and post the new log here. I would be happy to take a look at it.
