I have AVG 8.5 and Spybot Search & Destroy and both cannot be opened because I have been infected with antivirus 2010 and I suspect more. I have read that Malwarebytes is the best removal tool but after I install it the scan starts and abruptly shuts off. I assume I have to locate the registry file and delete and then I will be able to run Malwarebytes but so far I can't locate it. Can anyone help me out?

NOTE: I tried to run a free mcafee scan and it found two viruses but it got shut down midway thru the scan. The names of the viruses are:
