dell laptop video adaptor disabled

HI I somehow ended up in the display advance properties and disabled the video adaptor and restarted the computer! It loads normal until the windows screen is done loading then , no screen. I have tried leading my way through it using the narrator program (painful) but cannot get back to the enable screen. Anyone with any tricks to get this thing enabled? Please
