Looking for a good Twitter Application for Windows Vista/7

I just purchased an Acer Timeline 3810T Laptop and have Windows Vista on it and will be upgrading to Windows 7 as soon as it's out. I have become a frequent Twitter user but since I'm new to Windows Vista, etc. I don't know of a good Twitter application. Any suggestions for a good one? I also use identi.ca, Facebook, Friendfeed, and ping.fm so an application that would work with that is nice also or one that uses groups. Thanks for advice.

I don't tweet (I've never really seen the point of tweeting) but the website says you only need a internet connection or a mobile phone. Just log into the site or send a text.
