I am having an issue with my internet, it seems like everytime I do a search on google or elsewhere the results pop up on the screen like normal but when I click the link it redirects me to a different site. Sometimes its a news site once it went to smirinoffs website, but everytime they are legit non pornograhic sites which is kind of what is throwing me for a loop, usually with spyware it is pronographic, adult friend finder, or something similar. I ave run spybot, ad-aware, etc. does anyone have any idea as to what could be causing this?

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post an OTListIt log in THAT forum.

While we appreciate the fact that you want to help out, we do not allow non-Staff Members to post Malware help on the boards. There are too many things that could go wrong. Many of our members are not well trained in computer operation and do not have the skills required to remove these infections on their own. After all, if they could remove the infection safely on their own, they wouldn’t be asking us for assistance. We prefer to have these issues fixed in the controlled environment of the malware forum with the assistance and guidance of our Malware experts. I hope you can understand the sensitive nature of this.

If you are interested in training to become a Staff Member, please go Here and fill out an application.

Thank you for your cooperation!
