so i had a verifying DMI pool data thing in my computer and after looking at lot of differnts ways of fixing it i just bought the acer recovery cd which comes in 3 different parts but the problem is when i put the 1st cd in it goes to Verifying DMI thing but then goes blank i dont get what is wrong and i tryed with the other cds and it tells me to put the first one so plx help me :) :) :) :)

no i mean the problems listed are not what i have cause after it says verifying dmi pool data the computer goes all black

I'm not sure, what you're saying...
Did you, for instance, check these?

# Connections loose or disconnected.
# Bad Hard disk drive or other bad hardware.
