I have a dell windows vista, and I have a lot of crap that shouldn't be on it like downloaded games and music, just a lot of stuff that slows it down a whole lot. it's like slower than my old windows 95. I want to restore it to factory settings, and I know how. keep pressing f8 until it goes to the screen, but once i get there and click on dell factory image restore, an error comes up saying I need to cd or something. Is there ANYWAY I can restore it without the disc... I have no money...
