I suspect Backweb Lite (spybot detects but doesn't remove) and since none of your pre-post instructions gave any results i turn to the last hope I've got.

Am specially suspicious towards O23. Thought it meight be usefull.
Sometimes an error message appears saying: "Invalid BAckweb application id 7836882".

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

O3 - Toolbar: &Google - {2318C2B1-4965-11d4-9B18-009027A5CD4F} - c:\program\google\googletoolbar1.dll (file missing)

O9 - Extra button: PartyPoker.com - {B7FE5D70-9AA2-40F1-9C6B-12A255F085E1} - C:\Documents and Settings\Anders\Skrivbord\klar\tex\Party Poker\PartyPoker.exe (file missing)
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: PartyPoker.com - {B7FE5D70-9AA2-40F1-9C6B-12A255F085E1} - C:\Documents and Settings\Anders\Skrivbord\klar\tex\Party Poker\PartyPoker.exe (file missing)

Allthough I'm normally the first to strike any BackWeb entries, I'm always a bit eary when it concerns F-Secure.
BackWeb is relatively harmless, but disabling (part of) your Antivirus could end up in disaster.

The O23 you noticed yourself is the cause for the error. (Can tell from the number)
If you click Start > Run > type services.msc >OK
You will see a list of services and you can look that one up. Under properties you should be able top check what it does exactly and whether you can disable it.

Thanks a lot. The error messages are gone. But HJT still detects the O23. Says "file missing". I couldn't find anything in the service list. Didn't really know what to look for.

My f-secure still haven't updated. Meight it be something else? The issues occured at the same time so it seemed logical they were conected.

I really want to thank you guys at "Geeks to Go" for putting such amount of time into all of us who don't have potential to become computer geniouses.

The method to delete a service:
Click Start > Run type services.msc > OK
In the list of services find:
fsbwsys
Rightclick that line and choose Properties.
On the General tab Stop and set the service to disabled.
In HijackThis click Config > Misc Tools > Delete an NT service
In the dialog box paste: fsbwsys

But I would stop after disabling it. It is easier to set it back to Automatic, then to install a new service.

Alright! Mr. Metallica, I am ever so grateful. For the moment F-Secure is working properly and it has updated. I am though not completely sure the Backweb won't come back. If it turns out my expectations were false I'll come back to ask your advice again, but for now I think this issue is resolved
