I have come across something called the back door trojan. I have run spybot, stinger.exe and adaware and cannot get rid of it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Below is the hi jack log.

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.

Please move Hijack This to a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu).
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\tijp.dll
C:\Documents and Settings\Diane Goldsmith.DIANE-99NR3ZYZU.000\Application Data\ocor.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\pqsjanhj.exe

Next, please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

You also have an unnecesary Office XP service running that's taking up you RAM. For more information and how to disable it, see this:
http://support.micro...spx?kbid=282599

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log, and let us know how your system's working. <_<
