I was looking for a good internal hard drive, and was wondering if the Samsung EcoGreen 500GB SATA Hard Drive was any good. The link is here, I'll be buying from another store for a cheaper price though.

There is really no guarantee, if you buy a HD from manufacturer A, it'll last longer than one from manufacturer B.
I thought, Seagate was a good brand (and probably is), but one of my Seagate drives failed after 6 weeks.
So....with today's HD prices I really don't worry much, what I buy.
