Need help

I received the a google virus and I used malwarebytes to remove it along with my norton anti-virus. It shows no virus now but now I am unable to access my documents and control panel.

I can open program applications.

I get the following error when clicking on control panel or my documents:
Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.5512 ModName: hpswp_bho.dll
ModVer: 112.200.19110.0 Offset: 00043877

Please help

Please help...I am still unable to access any of my documents and control panel...I've tried multiple things to no end. Not getting any messages regarding a virus anymore but still unable to access anything.
