Backdoor.Win32 [Closed]

Hello, I'm getting the errors regarding trojan:wind32. It's preventing me from running mcafee and Malwarebytes; and i get the 60 second countdown to shutdown. Thanks for your help and let me know what i need to do.

Hello, jercp, and welcome to GeeksToGo!

If you get the 60-second countdown, do the following:

Go to Start > Run > and type in shutdown -a and hit the ENTER key.

The countdown should stop. Then download and run this tool and post the resulting log here:

Please download Win32kDiag.exe to your desktop. Double-click to run it. A log should appear when it is finished. Post that log here.

If it doesn't pop up, a log should be located on your desktop as "Win32kDiag.txt".
