Hi mate, sorry for the delay.

I can't tell you if it's "worth it" or not, have a look around and see what comparable items you can purchase for new and add them up.

If you are starting from scratch for a complete system, you'll also need to include an OS, optical drive (like DVD Burner), keyboard, mouse, monitor, and speakers.

I know that, some guy is offering me that package for 210 now and it includes a dvd burner too.
would that be a good deal?

Seeing as it has come down in price, though, you could make him an offer while you're at it and get it cheaper? Just a thought.
