Building another computer and I have a problem. Everything turns on appropriately and seems to be running as it should, except the VGA, DVI, and HDMI outputs do not work on either the motherboard or the video card.

The motherboard is an out-of-box ASUS M4A78t-e. I also have:
600W Rosewill power supply
350GB hard drive connected through SATA
DVD/CD burner connected through IDE
Phenom X4 quad core processor
Sapphire 1 GB, 128bit HDMI video card

All the plugs are appropriately plugged in and everything gets power, fans spin, lights turn on, and all seems alright except there is no video output. The cord and the LCD screen were tested using a different computer and work properly.

Any advice aside from "the motherboard is busted" would be appreciated.

Have you double checked all the PSU connections? Have you tested the graphics card in a different system?
