Hi, this is my fisrt time here and by reading through some post seems like this is the one place that can help me!! I have a game called fitness frenzy that I am unable to uninstall..everytime I try it says au_.exe has stopped working..I've called Dell, but even the tech was stumped...Also, I've been experiencing slow performance, a lot of not responding messages, and the oooo so dreadful blue screens!! I've tried everything that I can think of, but I'm running out of options...someone please help before my laptop ends up through a window!!! Thanks in advance..

if this help I have mcafee, ccleaner, and an antispyware program..all which have not helped me in any way...

Please, post some computer info:
- processor type, amount of RAM (hold Windows logo key, hit Pause/Break key)
- hard drive size/free space (open "My Computer", right click on hard drive letter, click "Properties")
- installed security programs (antivirus, firewall)

I have a game called fitness frenzy that I am unable to uninstall

Try Revo: http://www.revouninstaller.com/

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

You had only BSODs. Surely, they shouldn't happen on healthy computer, but it's a little bit too little info to diagnose the problem.
My first guess would be some RAM problem.
Speaking of which, you have only 1GB of RAM and Vista works well with at least 2GB installed.
I suggest, you start with getting more RAM.

As for uninstalling troubling game, try to reinstall it over the top and uninstall it again.
If that doesn't work, try Revo: http://www.revouninstaller.com/
